Personally, I do! Check out these awesome model recreations! :D
Truro College, England
Falmouth Docks, England
Calico Ghost Town, California
Hoover Dam, California/Arizona
Grand Central Terminal, New York
Cool huh? Want to know something even cooler?
They're not models at all, but cleverly manipulated photos!
I discovered a lens for the camera called a tilt shift lens, that makes things look like they're miniature. But I also discovered the same effect can be mastered (better) on Photo shop! These are a few photos I've taken myself and changed them to look like models!
So instead of trying to make something fake look realistic, I have made something realistic look fake!
...Don't believe me? :P
Well I hope I've blown your mind with this, if you want to see some much better ones done by professionals, search "tilt lens photography" into Google and prepare for the AWESOMENESS!

I could easily tell at first those were real photos that have been retouched, for a simple reason: chromatic aberration. It only happens on “unexpensive” lenses, as opposed to the macro ones.
ReplyDeletehaha, I didn't even use a camera :P It was all done on photoshop.
